About Simone

I am earned a degree in economy and was one semester away from earning another in history. Gaucha from Pelotas (city in the southern tip of Brazil), spent half my life in Palmas, Tocantins. Today I live in Canada, a place that I love and feel free.

My love of books and writing forced me to build up the courage to create and divulge my texts through my first site/blog called Liberdade Feminina (Women's Freedom). In it I wrote, primarily, about feminism.

When I created the site, the name Women's Freedom came like something natural, and that is exactly how I wish to be as a woman: free to be whoever I want to be! That includes being a feminist in high heels and make-up (or not); not shave out of pure laziness; study and participate in thousands of course on intellectual betterment, at the same time when I could spend hours talking about hair with my friends. There is no standard, no feminine profile: that is what I wanted to say.
On this new site, I will be focusing on my books and texts, where you can buy them and where you can find me.
